Frequently asked questions
What are credits?
Credits are the studio's usage currency. Each render shows its credit cost before it starts. The cost depends on the model, length, quality, audio and inputs you choose.
Am I charged if a render fails?
No. Credits are held when a render starts and are only spent once the video is delivered to your library. If the model fails or rejects the request, the full hold is returned.
Why does the final charge sometimes come in under the estimate?
Some models (such as Seedance) are priced by video tokens, so the estimate is approximate. You are never charged more than the estimate you saw. If the provider's actual cost is lower, you pay less.
Which models are available?
The catalogue is synced from our providers, starting with OpenRouter, and includes ByteDance Seedance, Google Veo, Kling, Alibaba Wan, MiniMax and others. Availability and limits change, and the studio always reflects the current state.
Can I close the tab while a video renders?
Yes. Renders run in the background and keep going if you leave. The video appears in your library and you get a notification when it is ready.
Who owns the videos I create?
You keep the rights to your prompts and outputs, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. Your videos are private unless you choose to share them.
Can I use photos of real people?
Only of yourself or people who have given you permission. Impersonation and deceptive use of someone's likeness are not allowed.
Which payment methods are supported?
International cards through Paddle, and Sri Lankan payment methods through PayHere, where enabled.
