Privacy Policy
Draft policy for review by legal counsel before public launch.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email address and, if you use them, sign-in provider identifiers.
- Content: prompts, uploaded reference media and generated videos.
- Billing: payment status, amounts and provider references. Card details are handled by Paddle or PayHere and never reach our servers.
- Operational data: IP address, device information and logs needed for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To provide the studio, run your renders, bill you correctly, keep the service secure and respond to support requests. Prompts and input media are sent to the model provider you select solely to produce your video.
Processors
OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to, Neon (database), Cloudflare (storage), Vercel (hosting), Inngest (background jobs), Paddle and PayHere (payments), and our email provider.
Your choices
Videos are private by default. You can delete videos and projects at any time, and delete your account from settings, which removes your data except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
