These terms govern your use of Ziteox Studio, operated by Ziteox. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

Acceptable use

• Do not create content that impersonates a real person without consent, deceives viewers about its origin in harmful ways, or depicts minors inappropriately.
• Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits or security controls.
• Content must also comply with the policies of the underlying model providers.

Credits and payments

Credits are a prepaid usage allowance, not money, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Generation costs are shown before each render. Credits held for a render that fails are returned. Subscription credits are granted each billing period. Refunds of payments follow the policy of the payment provider used and applicable law; refunded payments reverse the credits they granted, where unspent.

Your content

You retain your rights in your prompts, uploads and outputs, subject to the terms of the model providers. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and deliver them to you, and to display them publicly only if you choose to share them.

Availability

Models are provided by third parties and may change or be withdrawn. We do not guarantee any particular output.
